Lisa is a certified land and water movement professional with over 25 years of experience, teaching both group and individual classes in the US and internationally. She is also a singer and songwriter with a new release on Spotify and an ExtendedPlay to be released in the Spring of 2025.

Sing for Your Supper

How to protect and strengthen the most valuable piece of fitness equipment…..your voice! This session includes anatomy and physiology of your throat and lungs, how your vocal chords work when relaxed and under stress and 20 of simple vocal exercises you can do anywhere. I promise this will be fun!

Lyndsay Murray

Lyndsay, a movement specialist and mindfulness consultant, has taught at many spas, resorts and professional conventions around the world in her over 18 years of teaching. Like Lawrence, she lives more outside of the USA than inside of it, travels with her daughter, and is a teacher for teachers and guides teachers in yoga, barre, breathe work and other mindfulness practices, in addition to group fitness.

In this class you learn how to design a fitness experience that welcomes all your clients to a safe and successful space. Change the trends of inactivity and anxiety among marginalized groups by changing the way show up for people in your classes and individual sessions.
