THE PRESENTER'S PRESENTER
Around the world, my 4+ decade experience has taught me to admire my
presenter colleagues who exemplify how to conjugate the verb “to teach love.” Being an exemplary colleague in our profession means more than attracting a draw of clients and classes to fill any space; it means being supportive, having a growth mindset, taking advantage of collaborative opportunities, and more. As I stay connected to colleagues around the globe as a fitness consultant for several international events on programming committees, I’ve compiled a list of little—but outstanding—things
they do to stand out and attract attention, year after year. You will learn takeaways from what it takes to be considered The Presenter’s Presenter on a global
scale.

For today’s athlete, napping has been shown to boost productivity in home and workplace, better performance, and improve mood. Lawrence will invite you to
experience various types of naps with a focus on breathwork, body positioning, and meditation. This class figures among some of the most prominent Group Wellness Menus around the world at noontime hours.
ANATOMY OF A HUG
What kind of hugger are YOU? This workshop explores the phenomenon of what physically and energetically happens when humans engage in physical contact with each other. From hand-shaking to hugging to massage, different kinds of touch produce physiological, emotional, psychological, and spiritual changes. We will examine research on what happens in our brain, body, and breath when we hug, and learn five types of
hugs.
