In my personal news: I just got a gin-making kit as a gift and I'm thrilled. I discovered gin from my Italian neighbors in Mykonos the year before pandemic. I never knew Hendricks is made with roses, or that the name comes from the very healthy "Juniper Berry" growing next to some pinecones.
