Dear Beautiful Soul,

Thank you to those of you who have reached out with your concern over the 2-in-a-row recent hurricanes in September in Puerto Rico.  I have just been able to make contact with Puerto Rico after a 2 week on-assignment project in Asia at the Asia Fitness Convention.  To see more of what you missed, head to Facebook to the @asiafitnesscon page and scroll that wall to see many of your fitness favorites in action.  It was a real celebration with presenters from all over the world.  After that, on major jetlag, Biskit and I did a week in Vegas with Petra Kolber, Erin Gargan, and other friends.  We raised over 100K for a charity, and got some much-needed face products as s.w.a.g. (stuff we all get) in the process.

In Puerto Rico: all of my friends are safe, thank God.  Unfortunately, my property there Villa Therenzo will need lots of love and care for a good 6 months, so I'm not sure of the fitCamp 2018 fate as none of us can predict how fast we will recover since we won’t have electricity for a few months more to even commence.  There was considerable damage both outside and inside, despite heavy preparations.

Jeff Howard began a wonderful initiative to help all Texas, Florida, and Puerto Rico with a fitness outreach so please check out on facebook @fitnesscares and support as you are able with different fitness initiatives.  There are so many causes to support with the natural disasters alone this year, I never ask for money for any particular cause because I trust people will do what affects their heart via the outlet of donation they trust.  We don’t choose our charities because our charities choose us.
