Lawrence's November Update

Hey fitness friends...this is just a fall update on early November as the fitness convention circuit comes to a close.... remember to read all the way to the end for some free CECs from ACE!

I'm currently in Greece winterizing my cottage, finishing up a new book for BOSU(r), and heading back to SCW Boston's last Mania and last Keynote Address of the year...then onto International Council on Active Aging in San Diego where SuperBetty and I will copresent.  For my article writing can you believe that I'm already submitting articles for JUNE 2014?  I think that's a hoot.

As for news, have you seen my posts promoting fitCamp?  Seriously, if you want to get away to my beach house in Puerto Rico during the holidays, listen to these clips explaining how fitCamp can boost your career and then we'll talk dates. FitCamp still has spaces between January and the end of May and I just bought some round-trip JFK-San Juan tickets for $150 each way on AA so flights in the mid winter aren't so expensive if we book now.  The weather will be freezing and I'll be running fitCamp at the beach house in Puerto Rico so I'm just sayin'....

If you were paying 2 dollars for fitness choregraphy tips, what kind of tips would you be wanting to pay for?  (bootcamp, kettlebell, yoga, etc)  Have you been seeing my FREE choreography giveaway downloads each week on Powermusic.com?  I hope so...a really wide range of activities appears each week.
