Put on your seat belts and get ready for something new that this world needs: let’s get injected with happiness and good news for our industry…..I’m developing a TV show for YouTube with a pilot to air in January so can you please in the meantime subscribe to my YouTube channel here: http://www.youtube.com/user/findlawrence
NASM just purchased AFAA and is relocating the AFAA work to Arizona. Most of my California colleagues who have worked for AFAA for years aren’t moving to Arizona, so they are currently looking for jobs in light of this recent, shocking news. We’ll see what’s to become of the certifications, the online
trainings & programs, and the future of the magazine is still under decision. While they reshuffle, I’ve added something new:
Cream Rises is my own new online course that will change the way you teach and train your clients—recorded from 5 live webinars and saved for you to download anytime you want. Cream Rises is a new course online that gives you a copy of my book, CECs,
and audio-visual follow-along whenever and wherever you want, and are online: right here:
As always, proceeds support my charity run by the nuns who take care of the homeless and hungry. One of the last remaining nuns in that charity, Sister Charles, who actually taught me years ago just passed on at 99. She and I were close friends ever since I graduated, and we visited in
many places including Puerto Rico. I wrote her eulogy read at her funeral, and that and photos are on my professional page here: https://www.facebook.com/LawrenceBiscontini I’ve started a new Facebook post weekly called “discoveryoftheweek” which includes my new favorite song from Michael Franti: Do you ever access the past articles I’ve written on my website or anything under FREE stuff? I’m thinking of charging a one-time fee of $5USD to access every article I’ve ever written and give that additional money to the homeless, tax-exempt charity fund I support. What is your
opinion on that?
Why take what I say about my fitCamps in Puerto Rico as truth when you can read honest testimonials from those whose careers have benefitted from it?
"Attending FitCamp with Lawrence Biscontini was an awesome experience. He is a superb instructor. The knowledge and skills he shared enhanced my teaching as a fitness instructor in a most positive way. Not only was it enlightening and
informative but is was fun too. The food was great, sharing time with other professionals and being in beautiful Puerto Rico is not to be missed. I strongly recommend you attend."

Jan 25-29 Feb 22-26, Feb 29-Mar
4 Mar 7-11, Mar 21-25, Mar 28-Apr 1 Apr 4-8, Apr 18-22 Apr 25-29 May 2-6 Please email me if you are even remotely interested and I can call you and tell you about my “pt,” “mind-body,” and “group ex” weeks. Everyone has left fitCamp so far to further a fitness career, including making more money. How much is it? I do a sliding scale based on where you are in the fitness industry: first-timers with no certifications don’t pay what veteran instructors pay. What’s more: I always offer a payment
plan for everyone, giving you a full year to pay off the amount on which you and I agree. Once you fly into and out of SJU/San Juan Puerto Rico, I pick you up and you have no expenses for the week. Everything is included with food from my cookbook, snacks, wine, beach and pool time, and plenty of work! From having spent a good deal of time in France this summer, I’ve managed to bring back with me a fresh shipment of the famous “Blue Drops” I’m always discussing. These are from the Innoxa company in France famous for enhancing the color of your eyes and making the white as clear as possible.
Many of my friends on General Hospital and on Broadway buy these from me, and I use them myself when I need them. You won’t be sorry! Remember that the price includes shipping (and my travel from France). One vial lasts me almost a full year.
Coming soon for 2016: A New Book! |
My first fictional book ever, Stories of Color will consist of 12 short stories. As always, all proceeds generated from this book will support Aurora in Africa, the Villa of St. Joseph charity feeding homeless and hungry, and the Scholarships on my site. And, get this, my first ever musical CD - featuring 12
accompanying songs - will be sold separately or added as a bonus to the book sales! While I’ve never, EVER thought of myself as a singer, I’m willing to do almost ANYTHING to try to raise funds for the causes which I believe help make the world a better place…
Finally, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, PLEASE do me a favor: |
If you receive this but do NOT follow Facebook (i.e., you only stay connected to me via these updates) please email me and tell me. It will only take a second to email lawrence@findlawrence.com and say “I only get your news here.” Thanks! I need to know how many of you there are who do not get information from Facebook!
