Hello friends in fitness...

My update is I just landed in JFK from Mykonos and am running now to my weeklong SCW convention in Chicago with the assistance of Bobbie Adams who will pull me through w/Starbucks and Support... The Mind-Body Retreat with Valerie C Grant of ThePostureCoach.biz was a success and everyone cried at our last class.

The food, weather, and mix of guests was synergistic, and we all grew and learned.

I'm in the middle of negotiating and rethinking the 2014 season and it's definitely going to be a year of CHANGES....at 50 years young and going strong, it's time to change. Nevertheless, my mantra and new year's resolution for the 2nd year in a row continues to be "simplify."
